The hotel is super and high-level standard. Great staff and service. Ms. Rayanne provided excellent support. Small and well-equipped gym available. Wonderful panoramic view of Beirut from our top-floor room. Special guest treatment with airport pick-up, drop-off, and room upgrade. Mohamed recommended an excellent restaurant and Zaid prepared delicious Lebanese cuisine for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the metropolitan area, and the excellent restaurant. The rooms were lovely and quiet, and the design and style of the hotel were elegant and spacious, giving a constant sense of opulence and luxury. We also appreciated the complementary pick-up and drop-off service to the airport, as well as the room upgrade with a panoramic view of the city. The staff, especially Mada, Georges, Fadi, Mohamed, and Zaid. our experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning.
In terms of negative aspects, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. I was impressed with the exclusive amenities offered, such as the Spa and wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill my needs.
While the hotel offered fantastic facilities, it was a bit far from some of the main attractions in the city.
